Online Registration
Registration to tryout and play for the 7th and 8th grades Girls' Basketball teams will take place online.
Student Information Meeting
September 26 during break in the gym.
Tryouts
- You must have a signed online parent/student registration form to attend this tryout.
- 7th grade tryout 4:15-5:45 p.m. in the gym. Tryouts will last 2-3 days.
- 8th grade tryout 2:45-4:15 p.m. in the gym. Tryouts will last 2-3 days.
- This is a cut sport, you will be trying out for a spot on a team and are not guaranteed a spot on the team.
Practice
7th Grade
- Practice will be Monday - Thursday from 4:15-5:45 PM.
- You must dress in your P.E. clothes or appropriate athletic attire and running shoes.
- Athletes must be picked up promptly at 5:45pm
8th Grade
- Practice will be Monday-Thursday from 2:45 - 4:15 PM
- You must dress in your P.E. clothes or appropriate athletic attire and running shoes.
- Athletes must be picked up promptly at 4:15 PM
Team Member Requirements
- You must maintain a 2.0+ GPA to compete in meets, with no Ds, Fs, or N/U citizenship grades.
- Grades will be checked on October 21st.
Games
On Game Days
7th grade girls play first, 8th grade girls play second unless otherwise noted.
Basketball Spectator Admission Fee*
- Regular season home game prices: $3 for adults, $2 for students, free for 5 years old and under.
- Play-off prices: $3 for adults, $2 for students, free for 5 years old and under.
*prices are subject to change depending on the league’s pricing.

Outdoors is lower risk. Indoor gatherings are at higher risk. If food is being served, consider eating outdoors, especially since masks can’t be worn while eating or drinking.

Staff, players, and attendees are encouraged to monitor their own health and stay home if sick or have symptoms.
These guidelines will be adjusted based on CDPH updates.
